To support our Development Team, we are looking for a working student based in our office in Hamburg.

We are an early stage Start-Up and our goal is to automate Laboratories using vision guided collaborative robots. From reading displays, to pick & place workflows, free orientation and movement of the arm in the lab-space, and high precision pipetting of liquids, we are doing it all.

Your Tasks:

  • Create workflows for laboratory processes to coordinate and control Cobotta and other device movements and actions.
  • Establish connections to devices via cables, Bluetooth, or WiFi, some with known APIs and others with unknown interfaces.
  • Work with a 6-axis Cobotta on developing new and optimized motion sequences.
  • Development of recognition algorithms for lab equipment
  • Research, build and deploy new models for i.e. path planning, object detection

Your skills:

  • You are studying Information systems, computer science, mechatronics or related fields
  • You style of working is open, creative, independent and team oriented
  • You want to drive our development, take responsibility where necessary and have a passion for working very closely on our product
  • Ideally you already gathered experience in one or more of the following topics: Python, PointCloudLibrary, OpenCV, ROS, NVidia Jetson, OPC-UA,IoT, Git, Linux
  • Plus Points: Experience in a Lab, Working with Jira / Confluence and/or in SCRUM
